Job Summary:
As an Inside Sales Representative at Botsify, you will play a critical role in generating new
business by selling our SaaS tools to potential customers through Zoom calls. You will be
responsible for conducting product walk-throughs, addressing customer inquiries, and guiding
prospects through the sales process. This position requires a proven track record of selling
SaaS products, an excellent understanding of customer needs, and a passion for driving results.
Key Responsibilities:
● Sales Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential customers through outbound
sales calls, emails, and other lead generation channels.
● Product Demos: Conduct virtual product demonstrations and walk-throughs to
showcase the value of Botsify’s AI-powered solutions.
● Customer Engagement: Engage with leads to understand their business needs and
challenges, and tailor product solutions accordingly.
● Sales Process Management: Manage and track the sales pipeline, ensuring timely
follow-ups and accurate reporting of sales activities.
● Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with prospects, leading
them through the sales process from initial contact to closing.
● Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing and contract terms, and close sales while
meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
● Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure
a smooth transition from sales to post-sale support.
Qualifications:
● Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, specifically in selling
SaaS products over Zoom or similar platforms.
● Product Knowledge: Familiarity with SaaS solutions and the ability to effectively
conduct product walk-throughs and demos.
● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability
to explain complex products in a simple and engaging way.
● Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales processes, with a proven track record of
meeting and exceeding sales targets.
● Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with CRM tools, sales automation software, and
basic technical concepts related to SaaS products.
● Customer Focused: Ability to build relationships with customers and a passion for
providing exceptional customer service.
● Self-Motivated: Highly self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote
environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Previous experience in the chatbot or AI SaaS industry is a plus.
● Knowledge of lead generation tools and techniques.
● Experience with handling objections and closing deals remotely.
