🔹 Role Description We are seeking a talented Business Development Officer to join our team and help us develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns. 🔹 Position Details: - Role: Business Development Officer - Positions: 2 (1 Senior & 1 Junior) - Hours: Full-time 6 PM to 3 AM - Shift: Night Shift - Location: Gulshan e Iqbal, Karachi 🔹 Responsibilities: • Develop a strategy to follow up with leads and determine new industries to pursue • Manage members of the business development team • Work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing to develop and implement business development strategies. • Monitor industry news and developments to stay up-to-date on potential opportunities • Lead negotiation with potential clients • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients 🔹 Requirements: • Develop a strategy to follow up with leads and determine new industries to pursue • Manage members of the business development team • a proven track record of exceeding quota • strong communication abilities both in writing and speaking • familiarity with Bark, SMM, and PPC platforms. • Performance-Based Growths in Quarters and Years • Monthly incentives for sales • Monitor industry news and developments to stay up-to-date on potential opportunities • Lead negotiation with potential clients • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients Working Days: Monday - Friday Timings: 6 PM – 3 AM Experience: 2 Years Location: Gulshan e Iqbal, Karachi Benefits: Medical insurance, Leaves, Annual Increments If you're ready to make an impact and grow with us, we’d love to hear from you!
